Serge Onnen with Xiao Budian 家小不 & Anuar 和安努亚
BLUE BANANA 青香蕉
Serge Onnen had only two weeks to prepare his project. A the end with a witty, improvised intervention, he transformed the painting room at Bernard Controls China into a Shadow Theatre. Musicians Xiao Budian and Anuar improvised all along the show with their instruments. For his show Serge used parts from the production line and found objects together with his handmade leather shadow puppets. At the end, from the painting room, instead of the blue actuators, a set of blue bananas came out and then Xiao Budian and Anuar engaged the workers and the managers with an improvised jam-session using the factory tools. Serge's work is a clear example of how to appropriate and transform a specific production unit into a poetic moment.

Serge Onnen只有了两个星期的时间准备自己的项目。 他最后一天准备了一种即兴，是他在伯纳德控制设备有限公司的 喷漆房改变了皮影戏舞台。音乐家小不点和安努亚用自己的乐器一起即兴演奏。对于他的表演Serge 使用工厂里的零件从生产线，也使用他的手工制作的皮革皮影来表演。最后一刻，从喷漆房出来的不是蓝光驱动器，出来的是一组蓝色的香蕉了。 然后小不点和安努亚使用工作房的工具来和工人和管理人即兴演奏了。 Serge的作品很明显的给我们表示了“如何适当的变换特定的生产装置进入 一个充满诗意的时刻”。

Serge Onnen n'a eu que deux semaines pour préparer son projet. Au terme d'une intervention spirituelle et improvisée, il transforme la salle de peinture de Bernard Controls China en Théâtre d'Ombres. Les musiciens Xiao Budian et Anuar ont improvisé tout au long du spectacle avec leurs instruments. Pour son spectacle, Serge a utilisé des pièces de la chaîne de production et a trouvé des objets avec ses marionnettes d'ombre en cuir faites à la main. À la fin, de la salle de peinture, au lieu des actionneurs bleus, un jeu de bananes bleues est sorti, puis Xiao Budian et Anuar ont engagé les ouvriers et les managers avec une jam-session improvisée en utilisant les outils de l'usine. Le travail de Serge est un exemple clair de comment s'approprier et transformer une unité de production spécifique en un moment poétique.Serge Onnen's website
